Architecture
We are very passionate about the architecture of our projects. We don't believe in 'signature architecture' - following similar typo designs for all the projects. Each project is made special and unique for the client merging with the context it is set in. Each project is taken as an opportunity to explore new branches and typologies in architecture. Architecture consultancy of a project involves detailed drawings on floor plans, sections, elevations , details in facades, roofs, slab edges, steps etc are important in creating 'designed homes' in perfection.
Architecture of the firm is headed by Ar.Sachin, an architect and Urban Designer from SPA, NewDelhi.

This house was designed for Sri. Renjith and Smt. Binda, daughter of KK Karnan, Chairman of Nirapara Industries. It is located at Okkal, near to Perumbavoor.
The house is designed as a complete 'green house', with green roofs, geothermal cooling systems, energy efficient construction techniques etc
The project has won awards as best green house from Manorama Veedu awards, Mathrubhumi Master Craft, ICI Ultratech Endowment Award etc.

Grand Centre Mall , Muvattupuzha
Adv on the Mall facilities and Retail
The Mall is designed with meticulous planning and design. The facilities were arranged based on detailed market survey and retail analysis of Muvattupuzha and other catchment areas.
Aries Plex Theratres Common Lobby Interiors were done by us.
Theatre Interior Design
Director Unnilrishnan Sir entrusted us to do the interiors for Aries Plex Theatre Complex at Trivandrum.
We created a theme for the theatre common spaces with 'Masters in Cinema'.
