  • Where are your offices located? Any landmarks?
    We are located at SA Road, Opposite to Welcare Hospital, Vytilla. Our Muvattupuzha Office is located at Kavumpady Road, near to New Court Complex. You can find us on Google Maps as 'ArchiMatrix' at our Architecture Offices at Vyttila & Thodupuzha and our Structural Offices at Muvattupuzha & Cherthala. See our locations in the 'Contact' Tab.
  • Where should we meet first?
    We would prefer to meet you on one of our offices for a preliminary meeting, and then we would like to visit the site for further inspection and evaluation of the project and its details.
  • What should we bring on the discussion with you?
    We would prefer you to bring Total Station/Digital survey in Auto Cad format. For government approval, we require a copy of land documents, survey sketch and pocession certificate from Village Office and tax paid receipt of the land.
  • What kind of projects do you do?
    We focus primarly on Premium Residences, Office Complexes and Shopping Malls. We also undertake large scale Hospital projects as well.
  • What is your experience in this field?
    Our Senior partner Sri. Sasidhar Cherukuri, Principal Architect has more than 25 years of experience in Hospital Design. He is the founder of ArchiMedes India Associates formed in the year 1995. S.Sathiapalan, Senior Structural Engineer, founder of SafeMatrix has been working in the field of construction for more than 30 years. S.Sachin, Principal Architect and founder of ArchiMatrix India Associates formed Archimatrix on the year 2013, he has an experience of more than 10 years.
  • What you do apart from Architecture?
    Services Design and Coordination is vital in case of Hospital design. 20 different services are involved in a hospital design which has been listed below: ​ Business Planning and Revenue Model.   • What is the cost of the projects you design?
    Cost of the project is based on the Business Plan and the Market Survey on the demand and gap of the region. Based on the Business Plan proposed by the client we propose a revenue model and the loan split up, Then we decide the facility mix to be built and reach a consensus on the overall budget and costs.
  • What is the fee you charge for designing?
    We can forward you our offer when contacted directly to our office.
  • Do you also take up construction of the projects?
    No, we would prefer to focus on the consultancy services that we are providing for you, but we can always refer contacts of contractors who are familiar through our completed projects to take up the projects.
  • Do you take up projects of all scales?
    Yes, we are well equipped to take up any projects based on the client’s aspiration irrespective of scale to make good and creative developments.
  • Can we see some of your completed projects?
    We would prefer to show completed project informations and their photographs in our office to avoid disturbing the privacy of our clients. You can always visit ongoing sites for references.
  • Do you take charges for visiting the site?
    No, we do not take charges for initial visits to the site, but a nominal fee will be charged for site visits during construction.
  • Do you do supervision of projects?
    We do site inspections at regular intervals, moreover we can employ good project management team at client’s expense if required for smoother run of the project.
  • Can you design only elevations for us?
    No, we don’t prefer to do only elevation design as we believe the design of a project is to be done as a whole, and elevations cannot be separately seen in design.
